Beginning at the intersection of the existing City Limits and the northern Right-of-Way of Long Hollow Pike (near East Camp Creek and Long Hollow Golf Course) then generally west along the north Right-of-Way of Long Hollow Pike crossing Liberty Branch, then turning northwest, following the current City Limits to a point opposite the northeast corner of the Donald Hopkins property (parcel 125/ /013.03); then westerly along the northern property line of said property to its intersection with the Dallas Frazier property (parcel 125/ /011.00); then generally northwest along that northern property line to its corner, then southwest along said property to its intersection with the northern line of the Bessie Keisling property (parcel 125/ /009.01); then generally northwest along said property line to the east Right-of-Way of Neals Lane, crossing Neals Lane, then south along the west Right-of-Way of Neals Lane to its intersection with the northeast corner of the Jeffrey Kingsbury property; then generally west along the northern boundaries of the Douglas Kieffer property (parcel 124/ /098.01), the Gayle Sasnett Reed property (parcel 124/ /102.00) and the V. Ivy property (parcel 124/ /014.02) to its intersection with the James Carell property; then generally following said property boundary (north, west, south and west again) to its intersection with the Urban Growth Boundary; then south along the Urban Growth Boundary (generally Station Camp Creek), crossing Long Hollow Pike, continuing south along the Urban Growth Boundary to the current City Limits at the south boundary of Stone Creek subdivision; then east following the south boundary of said subdivision, coincident with current City Limits, turning north, then east again, crossing the Right-of-Way of Big Station Camp Blvd., thence north with the east Right-of-Way of Big Station Camp Blvd. to the south Right-of-Way of Long Hollow Pike, then east along the south Right-of-Way of Long Hollow Pike to the northwest corner of the Billy Troxler property (parcel 124 / /032.00), then south and east around said property to its intersection w/ the Richey Mitchell property (parcel 124 / /030.01), then south along the east boundary of the Sugar Tree subdivision to the current City Limit, then east to the northeast corner of the Hidden Creek LLC property (parcel 124/ /046.04) then south along the west boundary of Saint Blaise Estates Section Three subdivision to its boundary with SR386 Right-of-Way; then generally northeast along the current City Limits approximately 1300 feet, turning southeast and crossing SR386 Right-of-Way and the CSX RR Right-of-Way to the railroad’s south Right-of-Way; then generally northeast along CSX RR Right-of-Way to west Right-of-Way of Harris Lane, then southeast along Right-of-Way to its intersection with the northeast corner of the GAP Inc. property (parcel 136/ /007.00); then southwest along said property to its corner with the Galvin property (parcel 136/ /007.01); then along that property line south to its intersection with the northeast corner of State of Tennessee property (parcel 136/ /006.03); then along that line (coincident with current City Limits) approximately 300 feet to the existing corner of the City Limits; then turning sharply to the northeast following current City Limits along to the west boundary of the Stratford Apartments then north and then west around said property, back to the west Right-of-Way of Harris Lane; then south along Harris Lane west Right-of-Way, turning northeast, crossing Harris Lane Right-of-Way at the northwest corner of the Galvin property (parcel 125/ /045.00); then crossing East Camp Creek, traveling approximately 1000 feet to a corner in current City Limits; then generally north along current City Limits to the Point of Beginning.
